The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

Frequently asked questions

How often should I have my septic tank pumped?

Recommendations vary from 3-5 years. Most tanks turn into an emergency pumping between 7 to 10 years. We would recommend pumping every 5-7 years. Or make it even part of the purchasing deal of your new home. Then you will know whats down there and won't have any surprises in the future.

Why should I have my tank flushed?

The flushing goes along with the pumping. Depending of the amount of resedue it may be advisable to give it an extra flush. Together with you we can decided if it's needed while we are on-site.

Access hole and digging?

Most times your septic tank is located close to the main building. Often the access inlet is covered with dirt and gras and may not be easily found. Our service man can help you locate your tank and do the hard work - digging to get to the access inlet.

Access hole cover installation?

We do provide and install access inlet covers so you don't have to worry about locating the inlet the next time your tank is due. Ask our service man on site about options for covers.
